With over 60% of the population under the age of 35, it is vital that youth are equipped and empowered to rise above these challenges.

The Effects of the Youth Crisis
Our Commitment: TO CONNECT YOUNG ADULTS WITH A PIPELINE TO EMPLOYMENT, APPRENTICESHIPS AND FURTHER TRAINING.
Developing the next generation
We’re BIG into developing the next generation of leaders, the youth. That’s why we equip young people to not only succeed in school, but engaging those who have dropped out of school early in a meaningful pipeline to a job. For some we are able to offer the opportunity of an apprenticeship. We inspire youth to dream bigger than their circumstances, with our social enterprises and exposure to further education opportunities.
Equipped to break the cycle of poverty
A dignified job is key to breaking the cycle of poverty. That’s why we are passionate about providing a safe space where young people can engage in apprenticeships, get trained in job-specific skills and gain valuable work experience.
Empowering youth doesn’t end there. We ensure the young people are surrounded with good role models, and are equipped with lifeskills that will help them succeed in every area of life.
